Business Development and IR teams; travel arrangements, calendars/phones/expense reports; prepare presentations and marketing materials; assist with scheduling clients, prospects and other meetings. Front desk coverage is key role – Meet and greet all visitors; set up catering and maintain organization of Board Room; ad hoc projects. Min. 5 years’ experience (sales/IR experience a plus);
Strong technical knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications; experience with SalesForce or similar software a plus.
Salary range: $60-$65k
