Welcome visitors, manage phones, manage Outlook calendar, work with building management for repairs as needed, assist with ad-hoc projects. Strong computer skills, proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Salary range: $75k base + bonus
