Provide support for Global Company in Greenwich. Answer phones, create expense reports, manage all travel arrangements, as well as calendars and set up of meetings, write up reports (including high level data mining and analysis). Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel; presentations in PowerPoint.
3-5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role; excellent written and verbal communication skills; Follow through on assignments, using problem-solving skills and sound judgment;
interact with members of team and other business contacts in a positive and cooperative manner. IMOS experience a plus.
Salary range: $65-$80k
