Administrative part of job (70%) will be supporting Founder & Managing Partner and working in partnership with the rest of team. Support for Founder: managing schedule/calendar (Outlook); travel arrangements (business and personal); greeting and directing office visitors; manage flow of all meeting notes and relevant next steps. Team/Company support: meeting prep through use of project management tools; set and communicate agenda, track action items and follow up on
commitments arising from team meetings. Support for Operations (30%): coordinate and oversee day-to-day management of supplies, equipment and facilities. Ability to juggle multiple projects, demonstrate intelligent phone etiquette, use technology expertise, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), experience with SalesForce, QuickBooks and ASANA or other project management/task sharing applications a plus.
Salary range: $80k - $90k + benefits
