Reporting directly to the Co-Founder and Managing Partner, the EA provides executive and strategic support and serves as primary point of contact on all matters Internal and external pertaining to the Managing Partner. Serves as liaison and organizes/
coordinates executive outreach and external coordination efforts, as well as oversees special projects. Manage an extremely active calendar, complete expense reports, compose and prepare correspondence, arrange complex travel plans, itineraries, compile documents for meetings.
Ensure Managing Partnerís schedule is followed and respected; Draft letters, personal correspondence, speeches and other tasks that facilitates MPís ability to effectively lead the company; perform multiple tasks seamlessly with attention to detail; very strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated proactive approaches to problem solving with strong decision-making capability. Knowledge of healthcare industry and or private equity is a plus and must be proficient in all Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat and Social Media.
Salary range: $150-$175k
