arrangements for team, calendar/phone, correspondence, prepare presentation and marketing materials, etc.; back-up to reception coverage (key role as it is often first point of contact at this company). Set-up catering for client meetings and maintain organization of each
meeting room; ad hoc research projects. Need a proven ability to multi-task, team player,strong technical knowledge of Microsoft office applications, experience with SharePoint,Conquer or similar version software a plus. Spanish speaking a plus!
Salary range: $55-$65k
