Experience with international benefits (London, Asia, Australia), benchmarking benefits and analyzing data, handling claims, creating dashboards, 401k administration, wellness programs, creating dashboards, open enrollment, compliance requirements. Hands-on person who likes to work in a fast-paced environment, loves benefits and wants to constantly raise the bar to make company’s offerings the best!!
