Oversee portfolio of executive-level candidates and manage end-to-end experience for candidates through the hiring process. Be able to understand goals of search as candidates go through each step of proprietary assessment and talent development tools. 5-10 years’
experience preferred in construction and execution of customer experiences. Poise, polish, organization and communication skills commensurate with what is needed to engage with executive-level candidates and internal clients of a high professional caliber.
